Name: Alexa DiNicola Rating: 5 Review: I was referred to Aleck by my Honda dealer and told he'd call me back to schedule an appointment. He was very quick to do so, very helpful and flexible with the actual scheduling -- for an appointment only two days out, no less -- and friendly throughout, all of which set the tone for our entire interaction.He makes house calls; he and his partner arrived at my place exactly on time, got right to work, and had my cracked windshield removed and replaced within the hour. When I asked to watch them work, they explained what they were doing and invited me to ask questions. (I now know a great deal more about urethane and Honda-made rear-view mirror bearings, which is an unexpected treat.) The price seemed good -- well under $300, and much less than I was expecting.Quite frankly, for me to be anything less than fully satisfied with Aleck's work, my windshield would literally have to fall off my car sometime in the next few weeks. I heartily recommend this business to anyone looking for windshield repairs.UPDATE, July 2024 (9 years later): The windshield has not fallen off. Still very satisfied indeed. Date: 7 months ago
Name: Austin Browning Rating: 5 Review: I’ve utilized Aleck’s Auto Glass a few times over the years with good results but my experience today really stands out. I recently found that my new to me Ford F-150 had leaks in the seal of the windshield. I found out that the windshield was replaced at the dealer when the truck was taken in on trade. Further, Aleck stated that he did the glass for this dealer.Aleck was able to determine that the truck’s windshield was replaced by him at the dealer and was one of very few failures he’s had in years of doing this work. Aleck completely stood by his work and warrantied that windshield, replacing it at no cost. I sincerely appreciate my experience and will continue to utilize Aleck in the future. Date: 6 years ago

I was holding off on getting my windshield fixed because I thought it was going to be a big hassle, just like everything else is in life. I was WRONG! Aleck makes this experience, such an easy thoughtless process. Aleck was able to meet me at my workplace, I called in my insurance claim right there, got approved and then I went in to work and he fixed my windshield. When I came back to look at my car, it was perfectly fixed and looked amazing. I really don't know why everyone doesn't do business like this.
